EXAMPLE: One is a brilliant engineer who owns a $500,000 mansion and has a great job. He is the envy of his friends and relatives. The other 40-year-old man is a high school dropout who owns a 3 million dollar building. Which one will be worth more in 10 years or 20 years or 30 years? Is it not the one who owns the building?
